OPC first adopted an Environment & Climate Change Policy in February 2022. The policy was developed by a working group which was led by Cllr Angela McFarlane who previously spent 6 years as a Director at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. The working group also benefitted from other professional knowledge from residents living within the Odiham community.
