
Odiham Parish Council offers discretionary grants within the parish of Odiham and North Warnborough to support the health, wellbeing, protection and enhancement of its area and residents. Grants from public funds are subject to financial controls and are therefore only available to voluntary organisations. Grants will also be considered to organisations outside the parish which can demonstrate a direct benefit to residents living within the parish.
Odiham Parish Council offers two grant funding streams:
Discretionary grants:
Applicants should apply using the Discretionary Grant application form by 30th June (for consideration in July) and 31st December (for consideration in January) following the guidance set out in the Grant Giving Policy.
Event grants:
Applicants should apply in writing following the guidance set out in the Grant Giving Policy.
All applicants should refer the the Discretionary Grant Giving Policy and will be required to complete a Discretionary Grant monitoring form within 3 months of a grant award.

Funding for staff laptop – 2025
“Many grateful thanks for your grant towards our new staff laptop. Your funding is enabling us to develop our online Resources Hub and social media support for families with autistic children and young people in our community”
To date, your funding has helped us to:
- create and add 13 new resources to our website
- post 26 resources on our social media
- post 20 recommendations for activities and books
All the resources have been made by our staff team and include emotional well-being activities for autistic children, communication boards, symbols to create schedules, routine charts to support every day tasks, and tips and guidance from our occupational therapists.
