Local Need:
Odiham Parish Council is grateful for the projects funded by S106 developers’ contributions which have enabled projects which may not have otherwise been possible.
Odiham Parish Council acknowledges that projects must meet the following criteria:
1. Necessary to make the development acceptable in planning terms.
2. Directly related to the development.
3. Fairly and reasonably related in scale and kind to the development.
Odiham Parish Council carries out regular reviews the projects put forward for consideration. The latest review in April 2023 includes:
