80th Anniversary of VE Day

Odiham Parish Council respected a two minute silence at 12 noon, to remember and thank those who fought for our freedom.

Odiham Book Exchange is showing a display of photos and memories of VE Day in Odiham this month in the Library Room at The Bridewell. The display includes a selection of books set in the second World War.

The display will run for the whole of May and is available to view during the Book Exchange opening times – Mondays 2-4.30pm, Thursdays 2-4.30pm and Saturdays 10-12.30pm. If you would like to see the display at another time, please phone the Parish Office on 01256 702716 to check availability.
