In 2022 Community Awards were presented at the Jubilee Street Party and were awarded to:
Ken Crookes
For service to the community as District Councillor for Odiham for 17 years, for always being willing to get involved to support local residents and in particular helping with local housing issues.
Kevin Oliver
For being a long serving member of the Hook & Odiham Lions Club supporting the local community through volunteering at the annual Spooktacula event, community litter picks and more recently the Odiham Community Speedwatch group.
Richard Janaway
For being a Trustee and Chair of Odiham Consolidated Charities for over 30 years, supporting the community through managing the Almshouses and other local charities.
Emily Buckley-Hammond
The first Young Persons Community Award was presented to Emily for being an amazing ambassador to Robert May’s School through volunteering and fundraising to support the school library and raise money to improve pupil facilities as well as regularly volunteering to support the local community.
