Hart District Council has published a Survey via the new Hart Garden website inviting the views of all households across the District on the proposed ‘Shapley Heath Garden Village’ development at Winchfield and Murrell Green.
Odiham Parish Council has previously supported Winchfield Parish Council’s objection to Hart DC Chief Executive raising concerns that misleading questions in a community consultation would not provide the project with meaningful results. These concerns remain.
