Update from Durkin & Sons regarding the SSE works on King Street:
“We are pleased to advise that the project is currently ahead of schedule, and we are hoping to reopen the road closure on King Street, Odiham Thursday 5th Feb by lunchtime. We will then be moving on to Phase 2 of the works, which will take place on Church Street.
We would like to thank all residents and road users for their patience and cooperation while these works have been carried out. I have received multiple emails and spoken directly with several residents, and I appreciate you taking the time to raise any concerns with me. This has allowed me to address issues promptly and without delay.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruption our electrical cable replacement works are causing. We understand the inconvenience this brings to daily life, and please be assured that we are doing everything possible to minimise disruption and to keep the project progressing.
